While in pursuit of a PhD, Susan Fung was set on a career as a science researcher. However, some of her experiments didn't go as planned, and as Susan also developed arm and neck pain, her career was derailed into uncertainty. In this Session, Susan shares her emotional process in 2014 of transitioning from a career in academia to data science.
